Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Food Marketing & Merchandising at Sweet Pea's. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food marketing and merchandising, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgeting and financial performance, ensuring quality assurance and food safety, and optimizing product presentation and customer experience. Daily tasks will include coordinating with vendors, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service
• Ability to build a brand and develop signature brand items that are exciting and profitable.
• Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of food merchandising
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Food Safety
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
• Experience in the convenience store industry is a plus
