Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the end-to-end production processes of direct mail campaigns for leading insurance brands. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and mail agency partners across creative production, operations, reporting & analytics, and project management teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of print marketing campaigns. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Coordination: Serve as internal and external coordinator for direct mail campaigns, liaising between team leads, vendors, and other business functions to facilitate all aspects of the production process from project initiation to final delivery.

2. Project Planning: Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, objectives, and timelines. Manage internal production schedules, tasks, and critical milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

3. Artwork and Design Coordination: Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal compliance teams to proof materials and make revisions before final printing.

4. Reporting and Data Management: Work closely with internal reporting and business teams to ensure accurate cost and performance tracking. Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations during the production and mailing process.

5. Documentation and Asset Management: Organize and document all materials, including creatives, tracking parameters, templates, and mail proofs.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiencies within the direct mail production workflow. Work with internal data teams to automate and standardize internal operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years experience in marketing account management, project management, or creative production. Direct mail campaign experience not required.
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy, creative development, tracking configuration, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software and tools; Experience with reporting suites such as Microsoft BI preferred
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently resolve production-related issues.
