Job Title: Manager, Crisis Services Pathways to Community (PTC) is hiring a Manager for our Crisis Services department. In this role, you will act as the Designation Coordinator and oversee the day-to-day operations of two to three waiver or CRS programs supporting individuals in crisis settings. Each program has a weekday and weekend site supervisor and shift leads supporting the front-line team. This position is primarily Monday through Friday but may include flexible hours, split shifts, varied days and times, including holidays. The Manager is expected to be available by phone and email throughout the week to support and problem-solve with site supervisors. Qualifications: Qualify as a Designated Coordinator per MN Statute 245D At least two years of supervisory or managerial experience in CRS or waivered settings Knowledge of MN Statute 245D; ability to write program and abuse plans Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Ability to pass DHS/Net Study 2.0 background check Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English at a performance level meeting job requirements Compensation & Benefits: The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000, depending on qualifications. Benefits include six health plans with company-paid premiums (61-73%), dental, vision, pet insurance, and company-paid Life/AD&D, Short-term, and Long-term disability insurance. We offer a 401(k) plan with a match after one year, 144 hours of PTO per year, additional PTO on service anniversaries, 11 paid holidays, and a casual, supportive office environment.
