This is a partnership track opportunity. Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of the firm’s not-for-profit tax practice Review 990s, 990PF, 990-T, and 5500 forms, as well as applicable state filings Review Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and state filings for a growing for-profit client base Review 5500 forms Make presentations to clients Perform tax research Qualifications: CPA or JD Management experience in a CPA firm 7+ years of experience Compliance experience with non-profit organizations Hands-on experience with review and preparation of Form 990, Form 990-PF, and state charitable registrations Experience with Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and state filings Knowledge of unrelated business tax, private inurement/benefit, and other tax-exempt/non-profit organization issues (preferred) Additional Information Our client is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
