Job Description

The client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience working with ground up construction. Client is looking for a diverse background, with retail, office, education, hospitality, and healthcare experience being welcomed. Client is looking for a project Manager that will be able to jump in and take over or start any current projects.

Client is a top national general contractor with a construction focus in ground up in the mixed commercial market. They are quickly expanding their business across the state of Georgia. Description

• Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for the project
• Assist with preconstruction efforts
• Manage all aspects of project from inception
• Prepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement process
• Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
• Maintain relationships with clients, designers and consultants
• Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-award
• Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Superintendent
• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions
• Mentorship of more junior PMs and support staff

Profile

• Commercial construction experience required
• Ground up construction experience required
• Technical degree level education in construction or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

Job Offer

• Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
• Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience.
