Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Location: Inland Empire, CA

Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 base salary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of DSA, HCAI/OSHPD and other commercial projects across the Inland Empire out towards Moreno Valley. What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
• Oversee field teams and support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subs, and internal teams to ensure quality execution
• Lead meetings, coordinate RFI/submittal flow, and ensure documentation is current and accurate

Ideal Background:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Ground-up experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and safety requirements
• Local market knowledge and a desire to stay close to home
