New Pond Village, a Benchmark Assisted Living Community is looking for full time and part time licensed CNA/HHA's to join our team!



- Hours: 7am to 3pm, 3pm - 11, and 11p-7a



- Starting at $19+/hr



- $500 Sign on Bonus






We are seeking for a caring and compassionate CNA or HHA! As a Resident Care Associate, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents in a home like setting. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living including their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Documenting observations of resident's behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
• Other duties as needed

• Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required
• Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care is preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Willing to learn!
