Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP systems and third-party system integrations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements, design tailored ERP solutions, and integrate with other critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation and integration projects across the retail industry.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business processes, and design scalable system solutions.
• Plan, develop, and implement integrations between ERP systems and platforms such as CRM tools, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, or custom applications.
• Create detailed documentation including system architecture, functional specs, and integration plans.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver configurations, customizations, and integration workflows.
• Oversee data migration, conduct system testing, support go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP and/or Point of Sale implementations and integrations (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Infor, or others).
• Ability to produce training and feature overview videos and materials.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Point of Sale, Supply Chain, Order Management, Procurement, and CRM.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Boomi, Celigo, or custom APIs).
• Technical understanding of APIs, web services, and data mapping.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools relevant to ERP customizations.
• ERP certifications or formal training (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, Oracle).
• Experience working in fast-paced consulting or agency environments.
