Position Title: Behavior Technician

At The Wellness Centre our Developmental Support Services Team integrates deep knowledge of development across the life span with a naturalistic approach that combines the science of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and trauma-informed, compassionate and values-driven approach to care for clients of all ages. Our goal is to support clients in the most inclusive and culturally attuned way to reach their potential in communication, play, education, social relationships, community independence, and employment.
Primary Duties:
At The Wellness Centre a Behaviour Technician works under direct supervision to deliver an array of behavioural interventions and support strategies to clients of all ages across home, school, community and employment environments.
