Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Los Angeles, CA. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural drawings, developing construction drawings, and assisting with planning phases. Daily tasks include producing detailed drawings, collaborating with architects and other team members, and ensuring that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Los Angeles, CA. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural drawings, developing construction drawings, and assisting with planning phases. Daily tasks include producing detailed drawings, collaborating with architects and other team members, and ensuring that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Expert proficiency in Revit is required. You should be highly skilled and comfortable working in Revit as your primary drafting tool; proficiency will be assessed as part of the application process.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and other drafting software for the production of architectural and construction drawings.
• Solid experience preparing detailed architectural and construction documents.
• Excellent drawing skills, with a focus on accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in architecture and planning; residential project experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to interpret design intent and translate concepts into clear technical documentation.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
