🏘️ Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and warmth
• Tour apartment homes and sell the features, lifestyle, and community
• Complete lease applications, screening, and follow-up
• Submit service requests and ensure resident satisfaction
• Help organize marketing and resident events
• Support basic front-office duties (phone, email, light admin)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) STRONGLY preferred
• Experience with leasing software (e.g. Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• A professional, polished, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation
