We are seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians and Porters to work at apartment communities all across the Richmond and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
When it comes to adding new maintenance team members to our amazing team, we are looking for candidates with experience and a can-do attitude. Property management experience isn’t necessary, but certainly a plus. Carpentry, Hotel, Motel, Condominium, Mobile Home, Bank Foreclosures, or Construction maintenance experience is welcomed!
