Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Health Insurance Portal Administrator who will create and manage key records of healthcare providers and internal staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems to ensure smooth operations. This is not an IT role.
Duties
Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of portal management experience including customer service.
PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
Vocational School/Certificate Prog: Medical billing, health information technology or other similar health care field
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Some college preferred
