We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in accounting and administrative support. • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments while maintaining accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support payroll processing
• Maintain and update accounting databases in accordance with company policies
• Provide audit support through accurate documentation and reporting
• Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Previous experience as an accounting assistant, clerk, or similar role
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
