Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector (2nd Shift)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 2nd Shift  3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Conduct inspections of in-process parts and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to verify product conformance
• Accurately document inspection results and report any non-conformities
• Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues effectively
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing quality inspection role required
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is preferred
